The savoury meat and smoky aroma come through clearly, while fresh tomato and lettuce keep the combination balanced. The Philly Cheese Steak Burger takes inspiration from a Philadelphia staple: thinly sliced beef chuck, stir-fried with a special spice blend, is piled over the patty with green pepper and onion, then topped with cheddar and mozzarella, homemade roasted garlic sauce and jalapeño. It is a particularly generous combination.
